Therapeutic Guided Imagery

Our mind learns through images and symbols. This is what makes Guided Imagery so powerful. It’s the symbolic language of our mind. As a Certified Guided Imagery Facilitator, I am trained in deciphering your own special symbolic language to create rapid and abundant change.

Emotional Freedom Technique

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a powerful, effective, simple, emotional release practice. By simply tapping on certain points on the body while focusing on the negative emotions that you wish to release, you can quickly and easily reduce and even eliminate fears, anxieties, cravings, feelings of discomfort and much more.

The tapping points are taken from the Chinese Medicine model in which there are pathways of energy that run through your body. When the energy is blocked and inhibited from flowing freely through those pathways, you can experience mental and physical pain.

According to Gary Craig, the founder of EFT, “the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.” By tapping on a series of acupressure points, EFT helps you balance the body’s energy system and restore the positive flow. Once that negative charge has been eliminated, the positive intentions that you came for are even more powerfully reinforced by the hypnotic suggestions.

Neuro Linguistic Programming

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) describes the way we take in information into the mind (Neuro), how we translate that information (Linguistic) and create patterns of behavior (Programming). Most importantly, NLP is an open framed therapeutic tool that allows for complete flexibility to maximize change. NLP is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes.  NLP allows me to understand how you do what you do in order for me to help you change. NLP is not only about competence and excellence; it is about wisdom and vision. NLP is a rapid and powerful tool for facilitating change.

Breakthrough Therapy

Breakthrough Therapy is a collection of techniques that allow you to gain emotional control over your life. Inappropriate emotional reactions, such as bursts of anger, depression, sadness, anxiety, and chronic fear are responsible for preventing people from achieving the quality of life you desire. Limiting decisions such as “I’m not good enough” or “I can’t get things right” create false limitations and hamper your ability to create reachable and attainable goals and outcomes.

Your “time line” is how you unconsciously store your memories or how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. Behavioral change takes place at an unconscious level. Breakthrough Therapy allows you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change “inappropriate” programming in minutes rather than days, months or years. This very powerful technique is becoming the method of choice to make fast, effective and long-term changes in behavior.

Whatever you say to yourself with emotion, generates thoughts,
ideas and behaviors consistent with those words” - Brian Tracy

Dream Therapy

Dream therapy is the use of dreams and the dream state to accomplish physical and emotional healing. It involves both the interpretation of information obtained while dreaming and the active participation in the dream process.

By recording your dreams and goals on paper,
you set in motion the process of becoming the person you most want to be.” -

Handwriting Analysis

Handwriting provides a window into the subconscious mind. Our handwriting is a way to access and investigate various traits that combine to determine our behavior. Handwriting is an ideomotor response activity, and therefore a direct link to the source of our thoughts, emotions and personality.
